Bookings made through this site are requests only until confirmed by Studio Bianca. Purchases of vouchers, packages, or other sellable items are completed on the merchant's own external checkout; Studio Bianca (not the platform) is the seller.
## 3. Payments
Where a "Buy" link is provided, you will be redirected to the merchant's chosen payment provider. The platform does not process, hold, or settle any payment.
## 4. Cancellations

## 5. Service Availability & Liability
This site and its underlying services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Bianca makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and does not guarantee any specific uptime or availability level unless separately agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Bianca shall not be liable for any downtime, interruptions, data loss, or failures arising from third-party infrastructure and services the platform depends on (including but not limited to hosting, database, CDN/DNS, payment processing, and email delivery providers), or from causes outside its reasonable control, including force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Studio Bianca for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of this site shall be limited to the total fees paid by you (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
